1. Overview
Antisoft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the English Typing App, including its lessons, typing practice, reports, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, why it uses it, and the choices available to you.
The app is designed to work primarily offline. Your learner profile, lesson progress, and practice reports are normally kept on your device.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you choose, the app may process the following information:
- Learner profile: the name you enter for a learner profile.
- Practice information: lesson completion, typing speed, accuracy, mistakes, time, and reports. If you create custom essays or practice text, that content is also stored locally.
- Activation information: where an activation or UPI purchase form is available, your name, mobile number, email address, and a device identifier are used to process the request and issue or verify activation access.
- Purchase entitlement: when you buy through Google Play or another platform store, the store provides purchase/entitlement information needed to unlock paid lessons. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Support communications: information you send to us through email, chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another support channel.
3. How we use information
- To create and show learner profiles, lessons, progress, and reports.
- To process activation requests and prevent unauthorized use of a purchased licence.
- To verify or restore store purchases and unlock paid content.
- To respond to support requests and improve the app.
4. Where information is stored and shared
Typing profiles, progress, reports, settings, and custom practice content are stored in the app’s local database on your device. We do not sell personal information and do not use the app for targeted advertising.
When you voluntarily submit an activation or UPI purchase form, the activation information listed above is transmitted to our activation service to process your request. The app may also open external support, chat, social-media, website, and store links when you choose those options. Those third-party services process information under their own privacy policies.
For Android in-app purchases, Google Play processes the transaction. Please review the applicable Google Privacy Policy.
5. Internet access
The app requests internet access only for optional online functions such as store purchase or restore, activation, online help, support/chat links, and content updates where available. Core typing lessons and locally stored progress can be used offline.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local learner and practice data remains on your device until you remove it through the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Activation and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain purchase records.
To request deletion of activation or support information held by us, email helixitechhelp@gmail.com with the email address or mobile number used for the request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is an educational typing tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through an activation or support request, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our practices change. The latest version will be available at this page, with its updated date shown above.
